Join C&R Software at this year’s Credit Summit

Key UK industry event back live and in-person after two digital editions

The Credit Summit returns to London this week and C&R Software will be out in force at the event.

Part of the three-day Credit Week industry gathering – the largest in the UK – the Credit Summit takes place on Wednesday, March 23 at the QEII Centre in Westminster, central London. After two immersive digital editions in line with Covid restrictions, this year the summit is back live and in-person – and partnered by C&R Software.

John McMahon – our VP Head of Operations, EMEA & APAC – is one of the key speakers at the Credit Summit, delivering his presentation on the “The Customer Journey: The Only Metric That Matters.” Drawing on his years of top-level financial expertise, attendees will learn how to create experiences that consumers love and clients depend on.

John’s talk is part of the Credit Summit’s broader focus on steering a path through the uncertain times the industry and society at large is operating in. The Summit also offers seven dedicated streams covering key themes across risk, regulation, digitalisation, leadership, and culture, as well as plenary sessions and membership roundtables.

In a recent interview with Credit Strategy magazine, John outlines the importance of the customer journey in the collections process.

“A customer journey is important in any industry and interaction, and especially when it comes to customers in financial distress. It enables organisations to map out all interactions throughout the entire credit lifecycle, from acquisition to delinquency to successful resolution,” he says.

Done right, he adds, “the journey reinforces the customer’s decision to do business with the organisations with which they interact.”

Catch John McMahon’s “Customer Journey” presentation at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, March 23. If you’d like to arrange a meeting with C&R Software at the Credit Summit, contact John at JohnMcMahon@crsoftware.com.
