Our story and experience
Four decades of helping people in the industry
Established as CR Software in 1984 with our Platinum solution. Built the Titanium platform in 2007, which became Debt Manager, acquired by Jonas Software in 2021.
CR Software founded, launching the Platinum collections platform.
1984Titanium, an open architecture system for first and third party collections, introduced to the market.
2007Titanium rebranded as the Debt Manager Collections and Recovery Solution
2012Begin AI testing in Debt Manager core processing.
2016C&R Software founded and acquired by Jonas Software, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., wins “Company Award for Business Continuity” by Shard Financial Media.
2021Debt Manager established as an industry leading, cloud native, AI native solution with PCI-DSS certification, continuously evolving in communication, artificial intelligence, and protection capabilities to keep clients ahead of the curve.
2021C&R Software introduces FitLogic, a decision engine combining powerful predictive and advanced analytics with a visual user interface for technical and business users.

Our team brought their signature mix of wisdom and humor to guide middle school students through real world financial scenarios, from goal setting and saving to budgeting and bill paying.
Canal Clean-up Day
Armed with gloves and determination, our team collected 25 bags of waste (plus a door and a vacuum!) to help restore the Grand Union Canal.
Habitat for Humanity
Our functional consulting experts traded their usual computer screens for power tools and got hands-on building the shed from the ground up.
Company Coat Drive
The local office collected more than 200 gently used coats for The Lamb Center to support those in need.
Supporting the Gnana Jyothi Trust
We help provide braille books, canes, housing, and computer training for the visually impaired, because education should be for everyone.
Thanksgiving Food Drive
Our Fairfax team packed and delivered meals to families in need, spreading joy and gratitude during the holiday season.
Taking tech skills to the community
Tuyen Le chips in at a local senior care center in Montgomery County, Maryland, providing audio and technical support for physical activity programs and visiting speakers.
Partnership with the Humanitarian Empowerment Fund
To celebrate Mandela Day, our team embodied the spirit of Ubuntu by supporting youth rugby, providing meals, and sponsoring a meals program for over 200 children.
